TROUBLESHOOTING
6.1 Malfunctions of ZGR SWIT NG
ZIGOR recommends that, in case of any anomaly, strange noise or supposed malfunction, the equipment should
be shut down and
ZIGOR customer service should be contacted.
The
ZGR SWIT NG system has a specific section of active system events (section 4.3.5). This screen provides
valuable information about the event or events that is generating the fault.
The following table summarizes different anomalous conditions and their possible solution (Table 6-1).

Rectifier defect

does not contact any battery
element.
Check for possible dampness in

The VDC is above the margin
established in the factory (depending
