Conditions of operating the machine safely

 

1.

 

Order at a work station should be maintained. Disorder at a work station may easily result in 

an accident. 

2.

 

Work-stations should be properly lit. 

3.

 

It  is  not  advisable  that  any  unauthorized  persons  stay  near  the  machine  while  it  is  being 

operated. 

4.

 

Excessive accumulation of materials and items not required by the process of production should 

be avoided. 

5.

 

It is forbidden to perform the regulation of the device in order to increase its capacity above 

the  norm  determined  in  technical  data,  as  it  could  result  in  disturbances  and  damage  to 

separate sub-assemblies. 

6.

 

Follow  the  recommendations  concerning  the  lubrication  and  maintenance  of  the  separate 

elements of the device and the manner of replacing instrumentation. 

7.

 

Follow the periodical check-up times of the entire device. 

8.

 

Before  starting  the  machine,  control  the  condition  of  compressed  air  pipes,  

and in case of noticing damage, replace any that requires it with the new one. 

9.

 

All spanners and wrenches as well as other tools serving for regulation of devices, tightening 

screws  etc.  should  be  removed  from  the  device  after  completing  regulation  or  assembling 

works. Before starting the device again, check, whether this has really been done. 

10.

 

Operating the Filling machine requires full concentration at all times, hence acting cautiously 

and reasonably. 

11.

 

It is forbidden to grasp moving elements of the device. They may only be touched after bringing 

the device to complete standstill. 

12.

 

Before starting the production, check, whether units work correctly, whether they function in 

a trouble-free manner and according to their purpose. Make sure, whether moving elements 

do not jam and, whether they bear traces of damage or seizures. 

13.

 

Repair  of  the  damaged  elements  of  the  device  may  only  be  performed  by  the  persons  in 

possession of proper qualifications. 

14.

 

Use proper tools. Repair performed by any unauthorized persons may cause accident hazard 

and result in the loss of warranty during its period of validity.
