Dose adjustment
Setting the dose of product is performed by limiting the piston stroke with the use of the regulation
wheel. While adjusting, the product cylinder should be emptied of product. Also, the piston in the
air cylinder cannot be under the pressure of compressed air since it will not be possible to turn the
regulation wheel then.
In order to set the dose, proceed as follows:
Close the inlet of the product by tightening the knurled screw [Fig. 9, pos. 1] of the product
check-valve after loosening the securing nut [Fig. 9, pos. 2].

Place empty aerosol container with crimped valve under the Filling head. Using footswitch
fill empty container.
Disconnect the compressed air supply using the slide valve installed on the air cylinder [Fig.
10
]. Sliding the switch of the valve down will close the air supply.

Loosen the locking screw [Fig. 11, pos. 1] of the regulation wheel.
Set the required volume of dosed product by turning the regulation wheel [Fig. 11, pos. 2]
- observe the value on the dose indicator.
Tighten the wheel locking screw.
