In order to obtain normal working conditions, pressure in order of 0.8 – 1.2 MPa (8 - 12 bar) is
required. Attention should be paid to ensuring, whether compressed air is not polluted. In order to
eliminate water from the installation, install an air drier at the lowest point of the supply hose.
The next step is to connect the product supply to the connector shown on Fig. 3, pos. 7. Product
should be supplied at pressure appropriate to its density and consistence and filling rate.
Product should be supplied with hose of minimal internal diameter ø12 mm ended with G ½ ” BSP
internal thread.
Pure product eliminates many difficulties. It is, thus, recommended to build
in the filter before the inlet of the machine. It is absolutely necessary to
prevent entering by external solid particles, capable of causing damage to
filling instruments.
Brand new machines may bear the traces of oil. Before starting actual use, it
is recommended to fill several containers with a product in order to rinse the
filling instruments. Containers filled this way should not be used in further
production process. The same course of action is obligatory in case of change
of the product.
Storage
During the long downtime in production, the machine must be stored in a covered place, free from
external moisture and atmospheric factors such as rain and snow. The air temperature in the place
of storage shall not be less than 7 ° C. If the storage period is longer than 6 months, before restarting
the machine, check the technical condition of equipment and make any necessary repairs.
