Appendix B - Replacing the battery
Battery pack is specially designed and manufactured for this device. Carl Zeiss
customer service or your local dealer provide suitable battery packs. Label in the
battery display following information:
Li-Ion battery
3.6V-2350 mAh
Procedure for replacing the battery is:
1. Ensure that camera is powered off.
2. Open the battery compartment cover
by pushing and tilting in the bottom
of the device.
3. Remove the battery compartment
cover by lifting it up.
4. Remove the old battery. Squeeze
battery wires with fingers and pull
the connector out from its socket.
5. Put the new battery in the same
position and attach the connector to
its socket.
6. Replace the battery compartment
cover by snapping it firmly to place.
