WARNING – LIGHT EMISSION HAZARD
The light emitted from this instrument is potentially hazardous. The
longer the duration of exposure and the greater the number of pulses, the
greater the risk of ocular damage. Exposure to light from this instrument
when operated at maximum output will exceed the safety guideline after:
Maximum number of pulses (still images) allowed daily:

Or alternatively
Total daily usage time for continuous light (= video usage time + aiming light
duration) shall be limited to:

1 h 30 min video usage / eye
WARNING – ELECTRICAL HAZARD
Place PC and cradle outside the patient environment (at least 1.5 meters
distance from the patient).
Use only accessories and battery provided by ZEISS with this
product.
Connection between camera and workstation is via USB and/or
WIFI. Any authorization procedures should be carried out in
workstation.
Images and videos can be copied from camera to workstation via
USB and/or WIFI and then viewed in workstation.
USB write protection is on by default. When protection is on,
modifying of camera memory card from outside, when device is in
the cradle, is prevented. Copying of files from card to PC is
possible. During its setup or updating of its firmware, USB write
protection need to be temporarily set off.
USB connection works without power cable. There is no USB
charging in ZEISS VISUSCOUT 100.
No modification of this equipment is allowed.
