Select the format in which the images are to be exported by clicking
on the appropriate option button.
•
You can determine the quality for the export in the JPEG format. To
do this, click on the slider button and while holding the mouse
button depressed move the slider to the desired position (refer also
to page 46).
Note
With a JPEG image quality below 70%, you must reckon with a
loss in image information (compression artifacts).

Confirm your entries by a click on the
OK
button (data will be saved)
or abort the setting procedure by a click on the
CANCEL
button
(previous changes will not be saved and applied).

Image capture
On the Image Capture tab, choose options for the following items:

Display after image capture

Video clip control
❏
Date and time stamp on captured images
❏
Automatic image enhancement
❏
Enable changing the light pulse start values
❏
Translucency of the mask of the image section

Extended user interface

Activate the desired display mode option:
–
Immediately live always shows a real-time image of the patient
eye in the large display field.
–
Last captured image shows the image in the large display field
until you click the
LIVE
button.

The captured image for shows the image in the large display
field for the selected period. Afterwards, the display returns to the
real-time display mode.
•
In the Video Clip Control field, choose the frame rate of video clip
recording between 1 and 25 fps. Higher frame rates result in
improved recording quality, but also higher data volumes.
•
Choose the maximum period of video clip recording (1 to 300
seconds). The longer the recording process the higher is the volume
of data.
•
If requested, choose the Automatic Image Enhancement option for
the lossless optimization of the contrast of the recorded images.
