CAUTION

TEM oil 300 may cause slight irritation in case of contact with skin and eye.
In case of contact with the eye, wash with plenty of water.
In case of contact with the skin, wash with water and soap.
Seek medical advice in case of persistant pain.

CAUTION

Danger of contaminating the vacuum system when using unsuitable lubricants.
Only use TEM oil 300 for lubricating the airlock rod.

Procedure:

Retract the airlock rod.

2

Spread a drop of TEM oil 300 across the rod.

Use a clean lint-free cloth.

The 200-mm airlock is de-installed and disposed of by authorised Carl Zeiss Microscopy service 
staff only.
