Step 3: Install Handlebar and Headlight

Attach Handlebar:

a.  Remove all four stem faceplate bolts with 4mm hex key.
b.  Place the handlebar on the stem so it is centered and at desired angle.
c.  Install top two (2) stem cap screws to hold handlebar in place. Do not tighten all the way down

until headlight is installed. See headlight installation on next page.
Tighten 4 screws in diagonal with 4mm hex key as shown. A> B> C> D.

WARNING

Make sure all fasteners used to secure the handlebar and stem are tight. A loose
handlebar could cause the rider to lose control and result in severe injury. Do not extend
any component beyond the minimum insertion mark. Damage to bike, property, severe
injury, or death could occur.
