Auto-negotiate

Half-duplex (transmit in 10Mbps or 100Mbps)
l
Full-duplex (transmit in 10Mbps, 100Mbps or 1000Mbps)
Auto-negotiate is configured for both Internet and PC ports on the IP phone by default.
