Sound Edge Application Software

Keyboard Menu

Displays the MIDI Soft Keyboard window.

You can sound the wave data being edited or a synthesizer (AWM/FM) by clicking on the
keyboard.

You can play the sound of the tone generator selected in the OPL4 Drive Panel window. The OPL4 Drive

Panel window is displayed by clicking on the  

 button in the toolbar.

MIDI Menu

Instrument (Patch):

Selects the program change number (Patch number). When you choose [Instrument] from
the [MIDI] menu, the various types of voices are displayed along with the names of the
instrument voices within each category.
You can select any of the displayed instrument voices. You can use the active MIDI soft
keyboard or the Start button to audition (play) the instrument voice (wave data or synthesizer)
that corresponds to a number selected here.
