6.8.7 Record the run time and number of starts
1. Click Setup > Pump current.

The pump current is measured
with a current transformer that
is connected to terminals 11
and 12.
1. Make sure that the transformer secondary rating is 1A AC.
2. Select Pump current input (MAS) in the Input source drop-down menu.
3. Enter the primary rating of the current transformer. The value is used for
to calculate the threshold level to determine whether the pump is on or
off.
4. To set up the limits automatically, select Automatic setup of alarm limits
and graph settings at Update. The alarm limits are set according to the
data plate information.
5. Click Update.
The pump current is measured
with a power analyzer.
1. Select Pump current (Power Analyzer) in the Input source drop-down
menu.
2. To set up the limits automatically, select Automatic setup of alarm limits
and graph settings at Update. The alarm limits are set according to the
data plate information.
3. Click Update.
4. Select and turn on the other related channels in the correct Input source
drop-down menus.
A volt free contact, connects to
the run digital input terminals
23 and24. It is used to indicate
that the pump is on or off.
1. Select Run input (MAS) in the Input source drop-down menu.
2. Click Update.
6.8.8 Correct the measurement error due to long leads
The distance between the pump and the electrical cabinet must be longer than 30 m
(98.4 ft) for the corrections to have effects.
