There is a difference between the

pump serial number in the pump

memory and the base unit.

Manually synchronize the pump memory and

the base unit manually.

Power an. com error

There is a communication error with

the power analyzer.

Check the:

• wiring
• communication LEDs
• Activate settings for RS-485/Modbus under

General configuration

• any interference

Op-panel com error

There is a communication error in

the operator panel

Check the:

• wiring
• communication LEDs
• Activate settings for RS-485/Modbus under

General configuration

• any interference

Service request

There is a service request in

accordance to the service settings.

Reset the base unit and service of the pump.

Database erased

There is a deletion on command of

the database.

No action is required.

Relay mod. com error

There is a comminication error in

the relay.

Check the:

• wiring
• communication LEDs
• Activate settings for RS-485/Modbus under

General configuration

• any interference
