2. Synchronize the pump memory and base unit.
a) Go to the Pump memory sync 2.5.6 menu.
b) Press OK.
The Copy all from PM to MAS 2.5.6.1 menu opens.
c) Press OK to confirm.
Execute sync? appears.
d) Press OK.
During the syncronization Wait... appears, followed by Sync executed!.
The base unit is now set up with the selection of sensors in the actual pump and the
recommended factory alarm settings.
6.9.5 Set up a monitoring channel
There are two reasons to create more settings to the monitoring channels:
• There is no pump memory. These channels must be adjusted:
– Temperature in the stator phase 1–3, thermal switches
– Temperature in the main bearing, Pt100
– Leakage in the stator housing,FLS
– Leakage in the junction box, FLS
• The settings that are copied from the pump memory must be changed.
1. Go to the applicable monitoring channel menu, for example, Temp stator ph 1 2.7.
2. Press OK.
The Sensor 2.7.1 menu opens.
3. Press OK to enter the edit mode.
The text flashes.
4. Select a sensor with the up and down arrow buttons.
5. Press OK to confirm.
Save value? appears.
6. Press OK.
Value saved! appears.
7. If applicable, make the other changes in these menus:
– Alarm limits 2.7.2
– Alarm action prio 2.7.3
– Alarm reset option 2.7.4
– Alarm delay 2.7.5
6.9.6 Record the run time and number of starts
The run time and number of starts are registered when one of the following conditions is
fulfilled:
• The pump current is measured with a current transformer that is connected to
terminals 11 and 12.
• The pump current is measured with a power analyzer.
• A volt free contact, connects to the run digital input terminals 23 and24. It is used to
indicate that the pump is on or off.
1. Go to the Pump current 2.17 menu.
2. Press OK.
The Input source 2.17.1 menu opens and shows the current setting.
