2. Select the service interval functions with the applicable check box:
Condition Action
When a message is sent at a specified:
– Number of starts
– Pump running time per hour
– Time
Enter the value in the column, Next service message at.
When a message is sent at an specified interval:
– Number of starts
– Pump running time per hour
Enter the value in the column, Service message every.
3. Click Update.
The counters reset after every service message.
7.2.21 Copy all the data from the pump memory to the base unit
1. Click Setup > Pump info > Pump memory.
2. Click Copy that is located to the right of Copy all from pump memory to MAS (e.g. at
installation and after service).
A dialog box shows the message, Do you want to perform the synchronization?.
3. Click OK.
Synchronization OK! appears.
7.2.22 Copy all the data from the base unit to the pump memory
1. Click Setup > Pump info > Pump memory.
2. Click Copy located to the right of Copy all from MAS to pump memory (e.g. before
service).
A dialog box shows the message Do you want to perform the synchronization?.
3. Click OK.
Synchronization OK! appears.
7.3 Operator panel operations
7.3.1 View the status and readings for a channel
1. Go to the applicable channel.
For example, the Temp stator ph 1–3 shows the status of the channel:
– OK
– High
– Very high
2. Press OK.
The Value 1.6.1 menu shows the actual ohm measurement reading.
3. Press the down button in steps.
– Min 1.6.2
– Max 1.6.3
The minimum and maximum values can be reset individually in their respective menus.
