Stage 3: Device A Receives Idle Sequence
• Device A XAUI RX detects idles, synchronizes and aligns.
• Device A reconciliation layer stops dropping frames at the output of the MAC
transmitter and stops sending remote faults to Device B.
• Device A Link Status='1' (Link Up)
• When Device B stops receiving the remote faults, normal operation starts.
