4. Machine status
Software version screen
You can check the software version of the IOT and finisher, for
example.
1.
From the
Machine Status
screen, select
Machine
Information
and then
Software Version
.
NOTE: Select to display the previous screen and select to
display the next screen.

screen, you can check the
following items:
Paper tray
If you select
Paper Tray
from the
Machine Status
screen, you
can check the following paper tray configuration information:

Tray status
• Amount of paper remaining
• Paper size
• Paper type
