Solving Stapling Problems

This section explains the problems that may arise from stapling. If no staple is found or the staple is bent after
stapling, follow the procedure on the next page to proceed. If the suggestion does not solve your problem,
contact your Customer Support Center.

If staples are in the following conditions after stapling, contact your Customer Support Center.

●

Open the staple cartridge cover only when removing the bent staple. If you do not remove the bent staple, a staple jam may
occur as a result.
