Paper jam at levers R3a and R3b

The following message will be displayed if paper is jammed at levers R3a and R3b of the finisher.
Follow the instructions below to clear the jammed paper.

Procedure

1

Open the left door of the finisher.

2

Move lever R3b to remove
the jammed paper.

3

If you cannot remove the
paper in Step 2, lift up
lever R3a to remove the
jammed paper.

4

If the paper is torn, check that no torn pieces are left in the
machine.
