2 Getting started

Installation of CoaXpress frame grabber

A Quadcore coaXpress frame grabber

must

be installed on PC.

Xeneth is tested with Euresys Coaxlink Quad G3

https://www.euresys.com/Products/Frame-Grabbers/Coaxlink-series/Coaxlink-Quad-G3

Refer to Appendix A - Euresys Coaxlink Quad G3 installation Manual for more information.

Installation of Xeneth user interface software

Xeneth imaging suite and its graphical user interface

must

be installed to use the camera.

The software works with all Xenics cameras. It allows Xenics camera to be easily accessible.

It is a good practice to first uninstall a previous Xeneth version when installing
a new one.

Refer to the Xeneth Installation Manual for more details

(Ref 2)

Installation of Xeneth SDK

If the SDK option was ordered, the SDK installation file and installation manual will be
provided. Follow the instructions and install Xeneth SDK. (Ref 3)

After installing the SDK, the SDK manual, together with the samples and header files can be
found in the C:\Program Files\Xeneth\SDK directory.
