3.6 Induced draft fan (ID fan), fan box
The ID fan is checked and cleaned as part of the recommended regular maintenance by Windhager representati-
ves and partners.
– Disconnect the ID fan plug on the back of the control panel – Fig. 127.
– Unscrew four wing nuts from the fan box and raise the entire fan unit – Fig. 128.
– Remove fly ash with a vacuum cleaner.
– Raise blower box at front and take out – Fig. 129.
– Vacuum top parts of coasting surface or use a cleaning brush to clean them – Fig. 130.
– Before disconnecting the power supply, turn off the BioWIN XL using the ON/OFF button on the InfoWIN
PLUS
(Fig. 125) and wait until the display has gone out.
– Remove the cladding cover – Fig. 126.
