Crème Brûleé Torch

Gas Filling
Prior to filling with butane, make sure the gas refill valve is tight.
Use only high quality butane gas.
Shake gas container a few times to warm fuel up.
Insert the container nozzle vertically down into the gas refill
valve (7). Use a pumping action for best result (A).
After refilling, allow a few minutes for gas to stabilize.
Igniting
Pull and hold the child resistant mechanism (5) down as shown
in (B).
Press and hold trigger button (4) (C) torch remains lit as trigger
button (4) is held (D).
The flame will be shut off once release trigger button (4) (F).
Flame adjustment
Adjust the flame length during use by turning the gas flow
control knob (3) to approx. 10-25 mm (1/2“-1). Do not make
the flame too long as it will only waste the gas and make flame
unstable.
Slide and move the shuttle lever (2) forward to convert the blue
pin point flame to a soft/cooler flame (E).
Temperature control
The blue part of the flame is the hottest, a simple way of
controlling temperature is the distance of
the blue point of the flame to the object you are heating.
If you need gentle heat, this can be obtained by distance.
Cautions
The instructions must be read carefully before the torch is used.
The instructions must be stored and kept ready for possible
reference.
This torch contains butane gas under pressure. Keep away
from direct heat and sunlight. A device which has visible
damage must not be operated on any account. The assembly
and set-ups which were carried out by the manufacturer must
not be modified. It is dangerous to carry out any unauthorized
constructional modifications on the device, remove parts or to
use other parts than those permitted by the manufacturer.
Before filling with butane gas, make sure that the torch is
switched off.
This torch is a quality tool. Not a toy. Please keep it out of the
reach of children.
Keep the nozzle clean from dust and do not drop or cause
hard shocks to the unit as these are the normal causes of
malfunctions.
Do not touch the flame guard when hot!
Do not store under direct sunlight or any place where tempera-
tures are in excess of 40°C (104°F).
Always point away from face, body & clothing when igniting
and operating.
Butane gas is extremely flammable. Please handle with care.
Do not continually use this tool for over 1 hour.
Do not leave the tool unattended while it is in the operating
mode.
Make sure the gas flow control knob is firmly closed and the
flame is completely extinguished after each use.
After use, allow the torch to cool down before storing.
