Operation
Measuring Frequency by V Range
1. Connect the black measuring cable to the COM jack (9) and
the red measuring cable to the input jack (10).
2. Set the rotary function switch (13) to the V range position.
3. Press the frequency/duty switch key Hz/% (11), to switch into
frequency measuring mode.
4. Connect the measuring tips parallel to the object to be
measured.
5. Read the frequency value from the display.
Notes:
ƒ Do not exceed the maximum input voltage of 600 V rms AC!
ƒ A frequency range of 10 Hz to 10 kHz can be displayed. If the
measured frequency is lower than 10 Hz, the display shows
“
00.0
”. It is possible to test frequencies which are higher than
10 kHz, but the accuracy of the test result cannot be ensured.
