6. Read the voltage value from the display. The “-“ sign in front of
the reading indicates a negative direction of the measured
current.
Notes:
When the test leads are connected to the unit in idle state (i.e.
without being connected to a device to be measured), a
fluctuating value may be displayed on the display due to the
high sensitivity of the device. When a measurement is per-
formed how-ever, the displayed value corresponds exactly to
the specified accuracy of the unit.
If “
OL
” is shown on the display at the manual range mode, the
selected measuring range has been exceeded by the meas-
urement value. Select a higher range.
In manual measuring range mode select the highest range
when the value to be measured is unknown.
Do not exceed the maximum input voltage of 600 V
.
If the measured voltage is higher than 610 V
, the symbol
“
OL
” appears on the display and the built-in buzzer sounds.
