Fitting the drain connection
Follow the steps below to provide the water drain for your combi oven:

Connect the appliance as shown in the connection diagram.
Reducing the cold water consumption
To reduce the amount of cold water that is used, the temperature above which the condenser is
cooled with water can be adjusted. A maximum value of 80 °C is permitted. This is the maximum tem‐
perature of water allowed to be released into the waste-water system.
This adjustment can be carried out by an authorized service company or the manufacturer.
Condenser Temperature operating parameter
The following table shows the Condenser Temperature operating parameter (temperature above
which the condenser is cooled with water) and its range of values:
