Outputs in detail:
Amplifier enabled:
As soon as the signals
Hardware – Enable
(terminal X1/9) and
Software – Enable
are present, this signal changes to HIGH.
This output does not have a broken wire interlock, i.e. a LOW signal does not
automatically prevent the axes from moving.
Amplifer disabled:
The signal changes to HIGH as soon as one of the Enable signals falls off and all
drive motions are terminated (feedback from the amplifier).
Reference OK:
This output shows whether a valid reference point is present. Only then the drive
commands "Move to Pos“, “Start Sequence“ or “Store Pos“ can be carried out.
InPos:
This output changes to HIGH as soon as the HP 140 has reached its target
position.
If the axis is blocked (e.g. by a jammed work piece), the actual accuracy of
the position depends on the parameters “following error” in the “Axis – Part
4” dialog and “Target window” in the “Taught positions” table.
Ready to Start:
This output shows that the drive is ready for a new start command or that the last
command has been executed.
Error:
Shows, whether an error is queued.
Error (flash):
A lamp can be connected to the output that will blink in case of an error.
Battery empty:
If this output changes to HIGH, the batteries should be replaced.
Output_A1 .. A8:
Freely usable outputs that can be set within a sequence.
Cam 1 .. 8:
Using the Windows program up to 8 cams can be parameterized. These are the
corresponding outputs.
Request Lubricat.:
A HIGH signal at this output indicates that the bearings should be lubricated. If
there is a central lubrication pump, this signal starts the pump motor.
Paramset 2 active:
This output shows that parameter set 2 is active.
PCM active:
reserved
PCM result:
reserved
Bit A .. G:
After a “Move to Pos” or “Sequence” command has been started, the binary
encoded number of the position or the sequence is shown using these outputs (cf.
inputs Bit A … G).
