WAS.handling Windows – Program
4.3.7 Debug
The functions "Restart PLC“, "Set date”, “I/O monitor” and the log can be accessed via the “Tools -> Debug”
menu item.
•
Use the “Set date…” button to set the PLC date to the current PC date. The PLC date is necessary to
provide each error message with a time stamp.
•
Use the “I/O monitor” button to access an I/O monitor displaying the current status (HIGH/LOW) of each
input and output bit. It can also be used to force the bits.
The frame and the dialog field around the inputs “Bit_A”…”Bit_G” facilitate the display of these signals. The
inputs Bit_A...Bit_G represent the numbers for the "Move_to_Pos" or "Start_Sequence" commands in binary
code. Using this dialog field, the values can be set in the more familiar decimal system.
The right area shows the inputs of the drive. So you can check, whether e.g. (Hardware -)
Enable
is present.
