Suspension
The M-750 is equipped with a shock absorbing suspension fork. If you are not familiar with
having suspension on your bike, take the time to experiment with its functions in a
non-hazardous area. Remember that when you increase your speed, you increase your
risk. With front suspension, the front of the bicycle tends to dip forward when the brakes
are applied. Caution must be taken when riding at a higher rate of speed.
We recommend that you do not try to adjust the suspension on your own. Because of the
added weight of the battery on the front wheel, the shocks have been custom-fitted and
adjusted. If you are experiencing any problems, please contact a local TidalForce dealer or
the WaveCrest Customer Support Team at 888-880-1988.
NOTE: The suspension is set to its softest setting to minimize shock and jarring
to the front hub battery. The yellow indicator flag at the top of each shock
should be fully extended (visible) indicating the softest setting.
Cycle Computer
The cycle computer is attached to the left of the handlebar stem. It displays your current
speed in mph or km and one of the following selectable functions:
•
Dual Trip Distance (two trip odometers)
•
Elapsed Time
•
Total Distance (odometer)
•
Average Speed
•
Maximum Speed
•
Clock Time (12 / 24 hr)
The functions are selected by pressing the black (Mode) button at the bottom face of the
computer. Holding the red (S) button pressed for two seconds resets all current readings
with exception of the clock and odometer.
Before the initial ride of the M-750, please refer to the Bicycle Computer Operations Manual
to ensure that all settings are correct for your bike.
