Front Wheel Adjustment
CAUTION:
DO NOT RIDE WITH TIRES THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY INFLATED.
TIRE SHOULD BE INFLATED TO THE PRESSURE INDICATED ON THE TIRE
SIDEWALL.
1.
Ensure that the front tire is properly inflated.
2.
Visually check to make sure that the sides of the front tire are evenly spaced
between the fork tubes.
3.
Squeeze the front brake lever tightly a few times and visually check the front brake
pads to ensure that they will contact the rim and not the tire. Adjust as necessary
(refer to “Adjusting the Brakes” for instructions).
4.
Ensure that the cable connector wraps are installed tightly to protect the cables and
prevent an accidental disconnect or rubbing.
Rear Wheel Removal
1.
Pinch the rear brake calipers together and then push the end cap and cable guide out
of the hook unit. Release the calipers.
2.
Remove the cable connector wrap from the left frame arm.
CAUTION:
BE SURE TO DISCONNECT THE CHARGER AND TURN OFF BATTERY
POWER BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO DISCONNECT ANY WIRING HARNESS
CONNECTORS.
CAUTION:
DO NOT TWIST THE CONNECTORS OR PULL ON WIRES WHEN
DISCONNECTING THE WIRING HARNESS. FOR COMMUNICATIONS CABLES, PULL
BACK ON THE SPRING-LOADED LOCKING COLLAR WITH FIRM PRESSURE, AND
THEN PULL THE CONNECTORS APART.
3.
Carefully disconnect the rear wiring harness connectors (see Figure 3 on page 9).
NOTE: The torque bar bracket should not be removed. If it is inadvertently
removed or broken, take your M-750 to a TidalForce dealer for proper torque
bar bracket replacement.
4.
Using a 5mm hex wrench, remove the torque bar retention screw releasing the
torque bar from the torque bar bracket as shown in Figure 10.
