GENERAL WARRANTY
1.
The products issued by Vertex Life s.l under any of its brands as
of January 1, 2022 have the guarantee conditions provided for in the
transposition of European Union directives regarding contracts for the
sale of goods and the supply of content or digital services.
Modification of the consolidated text of the General Law for the
Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws,
approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16,
which have been carried out through the approval of Royal Decree 7/
2021 of April 27, and Royal Decree Law 24/2021, of November 2.

To make the guarantee operational, the start-up or telematic
verification and the interventions during the guarantee period
must be carried out by a service authorized by Vertex Life s.l
through its CENSAT system. The user must be able to
demonstrate to Vertex Life authorized service personnel the date
of installation and start-up through CENSAT of the equipment
when required to do so.

Vertex Life s.l., Vertex Life s.l., in accordance with the
aforementioned royal decrees, is liable to the user for any lack of
conformity of its products that become apparent during the first
three years from the date of acquisition of the good. In case of
doubt about the date, the date of purchase of the product
reflected in the purchase invoice will prevail. Unless proven or
evidence to the contrary, it will be presumed that the lack of
conformity of the product that is manifested in the first two years
from that date, already existed when the product was launched,
except when for the goods this presumption is incompatible with
its nature. or the nature of the non-conformity.

In accordance with the standard, the consumer or user will
cooperate with the manufacturer and its CENSAT after-sales
service to the extent reasonably possible and necessary to
establish whether the cause of the lack of conformity is
attributable to a manufacturing defect or to other reasons. The
obligation to cooperate will be limited to the technical means
available that are less intrusive for the consumer or user. When
the consumer or user refuses to cooperate, the consumer or user
being hereby informed of this obligation of said requirement in a
clear and understandable manner, the burden of proof as to
whether or not the lack of conformity existed at the time indicated
in article 120, sections 1 or 2, as applicable, will fall on the
consumer or user.

For the activation of the guarantee and to be able to cover the
requirements of the aforementioned legislation of any of the
products, it will be mandatory to carry out the start-up or telematic
verification carried out by a service authorized by Vertex Life s.l
through its CENSAT system. , since the operation of the
equipment is conditioned by the correct installation and
connection to a gas outlet made in accordance with the standard.
6.
For the guarantee to be effective, it will be essential that the
user has fulfilled the installation and maintenance obligations
required in the Regulation of Technical Installations of Buildings
(RITE) collected, among others, in articles 15 to 42.
7.
The guarantee will not be operative in the following cases:
-
Breakdown or malfunction caused by incorrect installation
according to the assembly instructions or non-compliance with
current regulations in the installation of the appliance or in the
flue gas evacuation chimney or in the
hydraulic or electrical networks.

Installations carried out in breach of the requirements
of installation of the current regulations of a state nature or
autonomous. With prevalent character but not excluding those that
are included in the Regulation of Thermal Installations of the
Buildings (RITE) for equipment with nominal thermal power
equal to or greater than 5 kW.

Equipment in which the maintenance obligations for users of
the current regulations of state or regional character. Prevalent but
not excluding those included in the Facilities Regulations
of Buildings (RITE) for equipment with rated thermal power equal
to or greater than 5 kW. In this sense, it must have been taken
care of. in a timely manner the alarm notification of the unit's
operating hours counter.

Equipment in which, for its installation or operation, have used
unsuitable, non-approved or foreign accessories to the original
component.

Breakdown or malfunction derived from the use of fuels not
approved or lacking certification and qualities required.

Faults produced or damages derived from the installation or
any element or circumstance unrelated to the equipment itself.
-
Transportation, storage, or locations that may cause corrosion
or abrasion in the paint or appearance of the equipment, lack of
cleanliness, glass breakage, deterioration of the closing joints etc.

Wear consistent with extensive use of appliances such as
those of the combustion burner, the deflector of fumes, electrical
resistors or any other that could derived from an improper use, not
corresponding to that indicated in the manuals or above what is
foreseen in the terms of sale.

Equipment in which it has occurred in the period of
Guarantee the intervention of unauthorized personnel within the
CENSAT system.

Faults related to the hardness of the water (depositions
calcareous on elements of the generator), partial obstructions or
total of the circuits of the same and in general, breakdowns caused
by lack of mandatory and regulated maintenance by the user.

Verification that the appliance has an operating longer than the
warranty coverage period.
-
In thermal groups, boilers or hydro stoves, excessive pressure
in the primary circuit; Wrong fill or empty order.
8.
The guarantee does not cover expenses derived from the
disassembly of any element foreign to the equipment such as
fixings to work, furniture, cabinets, etc., that hinder free access
to the equipment or its components. Likewise, the service is not
covered. Advice at home on the operation of the appliance.
Vertex Life s.l consequently is exempt from all liability for damage
to persons or property that may be related to the above text.
9.
Any claim or nonconformity that is not expressly
included in the regulations in force or does not comply
with the required legal conditions is excluded from
warranty.
IT IS ESSENTIAL AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
that
Before using the equipment, the user should carefully read
accompanying operating instructions. Use always our CENSAT
post-sale system for any required start-up service, breakdown of
equipment and its maintenance.
