Dear customer,
Thank you very much for purchasing one of our products. Our products are subject to a strict final
quality control. Nevertheless, it cannot be ruled out that malfunctions or faults may occur. Should the
product you have purchased unexpectedly fail to operate perfectly or otherwise prove defective,
please consult our after-sales service directly.
Our after-sales service will naturally also remain at your disposal even after expiry of the warranty
period.

Warranty
Please note the following in asserting warranty claims:
•
We offer a warranty for a period of
2
years
from purchase of the product. During this period, we
vouch that the article supplied by us is free from manufacturing and/or material defects.
•
Our obligation under the warranty does not cover defects, faults or damage arising from improper
or violent use by the customer or third persons not belonging to our sphere or responsibility.
•
The same shall apply in cases of failure to follow the operating or maintenance instructions, in
cases of overstressing
or other interventions to the goods supplied and likewise if modifications have been made to
articles supplied by us, parts have been replaced or consumables that do not meet the original
specifications have been used for these goods.
•
Claims on the part of the customer for damages, e.g. owing to non-performance, culpability at
conclusion of contract, infringement of subsidiary undertakings, for consequential damages
caused by defect, as a result of tortuous act and other legal grounds are excluded. This shall not
apply to liability resulting from the absence of an assured feature, owing to deliberate action or
gross negligence.
In particular, no compensation will be made for water and chemicals requiring drainage owing to
lack of watertightness of a pool.
We kindly request your understanding that strict observance of the respective assembly instructions
and installation instructions is the prerequisite for granting of a warranty claim.
