Drw. No:
WH.17.733
Is the Boiler and CH System filled with water, water pressure in between
1,5 - 2,0 bar and all isolation and radiator valves open?
Is there 230Vac to the boiler at L and N?
Replace the PCB
Is the wiring from the terminal block to the Main PCB
connected securely?
ON TERMINAL BLOCK FUSE : 6 A FUSE, Check FUSE is OK?
ON PCB FUSE : 3 A FUSE, Check PCB FUSE is OK?
Is the Flow/Return Differential across the boiler in excess of 30°C?
( normally should not exceed 20-22° C )
Check the Flow and Return NTC
Check resistance using a suitable multimeter connected across the
thermistor’s terminal pins
At 25°C expect 10000 Ohms ( 10.300 - 9.700 )
At 60°C expect 2488 Ohms ( 2562 - 2413 )
At 80°C expect 1258 Ohms ( 1295 - 1220 )
Is problem solved?
OK, now restart
Full fill the system and boiler with water and vent the system and
open all isolation valves, then restart boiler
Supply power to the boiler & Restart
Connect the wiring from the terminal block to the Main PCB
securely. Change the fuse on the terminal.
Supply power to the boiler & Restart
Change the fuse on the PCB.
Supply power to the boiler & Restart
Check that the Pump is working and rotating freely.
Is the Differential now below 20°C?
Check the pump electrical
connector and PWM
connector, Is
Pump working ?
Replace the Pump,
then restart boiler, Is
problem solved?
OK, now restart
boiler.
Check the heat
exchanger is
blocked ? if
blocked replace the
heat exchanger, and
restart boiler.
OK, now restart
boiler.
OK, now restart boiler.
Is the problem solved?
