System Option
The information you enter on the Expert Screen (Figure 8-2) displays later on the Galaxy Identity page.

Both Site name and Serial number are required fields. You must provide valid entries before you can continue the
installation.
The serial number can only be entered during the initial installation
of the software. Once installation is complete, it cannot be
changed.
You should also provide the name and telephone number of the person or group responsible for your system in
the
System admin and System admin number fields. If the user experiences any trouble with the system in the
future, the necessary contact information will be readily available.
If you purchased the Phone Add-In option, you should enter your conventional telephone number in the Audio
number field.
Your
site name
is used as Caller ID
information and in multiway
conferences to identify your site. It
should not exceed 15 characters.
Enter the video numbers on
the
Network
page. For more
information, see “Network”
on page 8.5.
Enter your
system’s serial
number
on this screen. You can
find it on the back of your PC
unit. The format should be
TCGxxxx.
