Back Extrusions
You removed the C-shaped extrusions from the back of your Galaxy system when you connected the separate
units in Chapter 2. You will now replace them in their original positions.
Each inner rear leg has three extrusions connected to it: Cable, C and H (Figure 6-1 on page 6.1).
1. Connect a C-shaped extrusion to the front of each rear bar. They will connect with the H-shaped
extrusion behind the bar. Notice that each extrusion has a circular cutout that should be placed over the
rear crossbar.
2. Use cable ties to secure cables from the secondary system along the crossbar. The power cable, monitor
cable and speaker cable should be routed along the crossbar.
3. Position the cable cover (crossbar extrusion) (Figure 6-4).

Dual Fabric Panels
1. Attach the fabric panels to the systems with the Velcro strips that have been affixed to the fabric panels.
Use the monitors as a horizontal reference.
There are two color panels for the area beneath the monitors; one
panel has an extended lip that fits behind the other panel. The
longer panel must be attached first.

Remove the paper backing from the Velcro strips on the longer panel of a pair.

Hold the fabric panel up to the cabinet and insert the outer end into the groove on the extrusion,
carefully aligning the edges of the panel to the edges of the system.
4.
Press the panel firmly against the Velcro backing to attach.
5.
Repeat for the other panel of the pair.
Have someone hold the system in place as you press down to keep
it from rolling.
