Place the microphone on the conference table.

4. Connect additional microphones accordingly (Figure 4-6).
Wireless Keyboard
Batteries
Locate the ‘AA’ batteries in the peripherals or keyboard box and insert eight batteries into the wireless keyboard.
Connecting the IR Receiver
Place the infrared (IR) receiver on top of, or beside the monitor, and attach with the accompanying Velcro. The
receiver must have a clear line-of-sight to the keyboard.
Refer to the label on the back of the PC if you are unsure which port is USB 0.
Route the cable down the back of the monitor, along with the camera cables.
Wired Keyboard/Mouse
A wired keyboard and mouse are included in addition to the wireless keyboard. These devices are for diagnostics
and configuration when Windows is not booted; store them in a safe place. The wired keyboard and wired mouse
have these connections:

IR Receiver USB Port 0 on the PC (bottom USB port)
Connect To
wired keyboard keyboard connector on back of the PC
wired mouse mouse connector on back of the PC
