Charge spare battery pack

Power guard feature

Your phone uses a spare battery charger n the base unt to provde power backup n the event of a

power falure or outage. Wth a fully charged battery n the spare battery charger, you wll be able to

make and receve calls for up to 2.5 hours durng a power outage.

The spare battery can also be used to replace a depleted handset battery to ensure unnterrupted use.

The spare battery s optonal and can be purchased separately.

Installation

1. Open the spare battery compartment by pressng the release button located on the bottom of the

base unt.

2. Remove the battery cover and place the battery n the compartment wth the metal contacts algned,

as shown n the dagram.

3. Replace the compartment cover. The spare battery charger takes 20 hours to fully charge a

depleted battery.
