Manual Activation

The Engineering screen allows you to test individual components to ensure they are functioning

properly. The main screen outlines all of the systems within the Eccellenza Touch. Once the

main system is selected, any of the components within this system can then be selected.

When testing components in this menu, note that only one component will

activate at any given time. This is extremely important to remember when

testing coffee or powder dispenser motors, as well as outlet valves.

Coffee System

In the following example, the component to be tested is the bean grinder. First, select the main

system, which in this case is the “Coffee System”.
