XPM3m HEAT EXCHANGER ASSEMBLIES
The five active XPM3m cooling systems all use air-to-liquid heat exchangers mounted in the upper cool
cells. These heat exchangers are used to transfer heat from the tunnel atmosphere into a liquid that can be
transported out of the cell and exhausted. The method of transportation and exhaust will depend on the cooling
package selected.

The cooling fluid is
Vitronics Soltec Antifreeze cooling fluid, Part No. C00234 ( 4 liters)
. During normal
operation, the cooling fluid will be warmer than the “dew point temperature” of the room and not warmer than the
frame of the oven.
DO NOT SUBSTITUTE ANY OTHER FLUID AS COOLANT IN THIS SYSTEM!
