The recording frame rate of each camera can be individually adjusted to suit
the particular application.
The primary advantage of digital recording is quick and easy access to the re-
corded video images, offering new possibilities simply not available with an-
alogue VCR's.
SmartDisc can be used to record images continually over a specific period of
time and to record over these images when the specified recording period be-
gins again. Images are only stored on a different area of the drive in the event
of a specific event (alarm) so that images are automatically available from be-
fore and after the alarm. This can be repeated up to 2000 times before over-
writing to allow optimal utilisation of the available recording capacity.
