Format : Select the number of the hard drive, then click the "format " button and press "OK" to
confirm. When you have confirmed it there will be the message on your screen that the hard disk is
formatted.
4.9.4 restore to factory settings
The recorder to factory settings is done with the "System Management" and then click on "Default",
the new interface looks like this:
Note: Network IP and port, system time, user and disk
management will not be restored to factory condition.

The recording Information looks like the following screen:
Here you see with a quick glance of the current status of the
recording system. It shows the recording status of each channel
in any way, the recording quality, definition and audio recording
status (on or off), and whether it is recording. The type of
window, the current recording method to display (manual,
schedule, motion, alarm). Finally the recording quality is also
indicated in this overview.
