4.1.2 login in to the system
When the system is logged off “
”, push the login/lock button on the remote control orthe right
Mouse click. Then the next screen will come up asking for a user and a password to contineu:
Enter uour username and password. The user with the highest rauthorities is on top. Once the
correct Information is entered you press enter. Nect the incon “

the logged in user will be showed. Then one can contineu with the operations one wants to at the
level of the users authorisation.

The default username is admin and the password is “888888”.

When a three times incorrect password has been given, the device will Block futher input.
Push the “clear” button on the remote control to try the password again.

To use the username and password you can push the left button and a software keyboard
will apear. Here you can choose the right username and password.
Note: for safety, we recommend you to immidiatly change the default password to a personal code.
4.1.3 log out of the system and autolock
When logged into the system and the automatic logoff time is exeeced, the system will automaticly
log off. The settings for the auto logoff time can be configured in the “general settings” tab of the
recorder. One can also use the login / lock button on the remote control or by right clicking on the
Mouse.
4.1.4 Main menu
When the user succesfully loggede in, you can press
the menu button on the remote. The main menu is
displayed on the screen.
4.2 Generals settings of the recorder
4.2.1 General settings
Overwrite :
We encourage you to use the overwrite mode of the DVR. If
and when the harddrive is full of data, the DVR will
automaticly overwrite the oldest (by date and time) images.
When this is not set, the DVR will give a alarm sound and the
DVR will stop recording all images because the harddrive is
full.
Auto locking :
When the auto locking is turned on the device will lock after the set period ( 1-10 min.) For instance,
when a lock time of 3 minutes is instituted and nothing will happen with the DVR (movement of
Mouse or other input) the DVR will lock itself and can be unlocked by using your password again.
Video format
The user can choose between PAL or NTSC. For Europe one uses the PAL system input..
