Device control
4.1 Power on / log in & out / log off
Power on: when you have connected the power cable, the light indicator will turn on to its standby
status. After pushing the power button on the remote controler for 3 seconds the DVR will turn on.
Power down: when the system is running, press the power button on the remote controler. Confirm
that you want to shut down the system, not long after that the systen will return to standby mode.
Login / logout:to prevent unauthorized users to operate the device and make unwanted changes to
the system settings a login and auto logout system is build in the unit.
4.1.1 Keystroke login / logoff
When multiple DVR’s simultaneously at one point are being used other machines besides the one
you use could be effected by the remote controler, therefore each DSVR has its own personal remote
code. Under the button system managment from the local menu you kan fill in the serial number
corresponding to each remote and DVR.
Note: if the remote did not respond, one must check whether the feature and options are set
correctly.
