Disassembly Procedures

WARNING

To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect power to unit before servicing,
unless testing requires power.

Electronically Controlled Damper Removal

Condition Requirements:

Electronic Control Removed
1. Remove screw and damper cover from damper.
2. Remove foam insert by pulling it off of damper

control.

3. Depress two clips that hold front of damper in place

to release damper from unit.

4. Disconnect connectors from damper and remove

damper.

5. Reverse procedure for installation.

Refrigerator Thermistor Removal

Condition Requirements:

Electronic Control Removed
1. Remove screw and damper cover from damper.

2. Unclip thermistor from assembly.
3. Cut wires at thermistor to remove.

4. Reverse procedure for installation.

Crisper Light Cover and Socket Removal

Condition Requirements:

Crisper Section Light Bulb Removed
1. Use a taped putty knife to pry socket from liner.
2. Mark and disconnect wires from socket.

3. Reverse procedure for installation.
