Disassembly Procedures

WARNING

To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect power to unit before servicing,
unless testing requires power.

Dispenser Pad and Switch Removal

Condition Requirements:

Dispenser Façade Removed
1.  Disconnect switch connector from dispenser board.
2.  Unsnap switch from dispenser façade.
3.  Push in white tabs to remove dispenser pad.

4. Reverse procedure for installation.

Dispenser Board Removal

Condition Requirements:

Dispenser Façade Removed
1.  Disconnect switch connector from dispenser board.
2.  Disconnect ribbon cable from dispenser board.
3.  Unsnap board from dispenser façade.

4. Reverse procedure for installation.

Dispenser Ice Chute Door and Solenoid
Removal

Condition Requirements:

Dispenser Façade Removed
1. Remove dispenser water tube from ice chute

assembly.

2.  Disconnect wires from light socket.
3.  Disconnect wires from solenoid.
4.  Remove three screws holding ice chute assembly to

door.

5.  Unsnap ice chute dispenser door from assembly.
6.  Slide solenoid out of the side of ice chute assembly.
7.  Retain spring if good, replace if bad.
8.  Remove rubber seal from door and replace if bad.

9. Reverse procedure for installation.
