Operation: VCRs
Note: This chapter is not applicable for standalone systems.
To access the VCR control screen:
Press and hold the Shift
key.
2. Then press F4.
You will typically perform the following steps, referring to the information in this chapter:

Select the unit (in multi-VCR installations).

If you are using more than one VCR in your CCTV system, a Unit soft key label will display on your
console. To select a VCR from the system console:
Enter the number of the unit.

Mode
To increment or decrement the record/play mode, press the

soft keys. Look at your VCR’s display
screen to determine which mode is currently selected. To play back a tape encoded in an
