Returning to Preset 1 in an Alarm Condition
Note: This function is only applicable in standalone mode.

You can specify that the currently selected pan-and-tilt device return to preset position 1 when an alarm is
activated at a receiver. To do so, perform the following steps:
Press and hold the Shift
key and then press the F5 key to display the Main Setup screen.

Then press the Alarm soft key. The Select Alarm Category screen will display.

Use the up/down arrows to select Alarm Control.
4 .
Press Enter to display the screen.
Use the arrow keys to change selection
followed by the ENTER key to
ENABLE/DISABLE setting. Press EXIT to
store ant
to the previous screen.

AUX 1 = DISABLED
AUX 2 = DISABLED

Use the up/down arrows to select Preset and press Enter to toggle between Enabled and Disabled.

Press Exit to save your settings and exit the screen.
Activating Auxiliary Devices in an Alarm Condition
Auxiliary devices at the system console may be activated using the F6 and F8 keys for aux 1 and aux 2,
respectively, if the control is turned on as discussed on page
You may define that-the buzzer sounds when
those devices are activated as discussed on page 30. In this section, you may further customize the software
for your system by defining the auxiliary devices will automatically activate for an active alarm at the NOVA
control system (for NOVA/AURORA/VCR or
systems) or at receivers (for
standalone systems).
Note: This setting does not apply in AURORA/VCR ONLY systems, as
do not include NOVA
systems or receivers.
