23. Patient Information Setup
1
To input patient’s information, push the Menu button
one time on Main screen and select SETUP
PATIENT INFO. Select each of the following labels and
enter the patient’s information:
•
HOSPITAL NAME
•
ADMISSION DATE
•
ID
•
FIRST NAME
•
LAST NAME
•
GENDER
•
DATE OF BIRTH
•
WEIGHT
•
HEIGHT

To delete the patient’s information, select CLEAR
ON.
NOTE
The patient’s first name is displayed at the top left side of the Main screen.
