RO sanitization process steps
10. The system now enters a period of semi automatic
sanitization lasting approximately 90 minutes
11. ALLOW the first timer to progress down until it
displays just 5 minutes.
12. PRESS the process button and the unit should
pause.
13. WAIT for a minimum of 36 minutes, a maximum of
60 minutes, to ensure complete exposure of the
sterilant to the membrane.
Note: if step 11 and 13 are missed then the system
will automatically progress to the next step but the
effectiveness of the sterilant may be reduced
.
14. PRESS the process button.
Once the step within the sanitization is complete the
unit will go straight into process and continue to fill
the recirculation reservoir
15. CHECK the water supplied to the final application for
residual Minncare to ensure that it has been rinsed
to less than 1ppm. If the test is positive restart the
process from step 1 but do not add the santitant.

REMOVE the “DO NOT USE/CONTAINS
STERILANT” label.
18. STORE or DISPOSE of any remaining chemical as
directed on the manufacturer’s label.
