ITU-T Y.1731
provides all of the 802.1ag functionality with additional performance
monitoring capabilities including Frame Loss (LM) and Delay (DM).

MD Level:
Maintenance domain level. 0 to 7.
MEP ID:
End point identifier of local device. 1 to 8191.

VLAN ID associated with the MA or MEG.
