qualified electrician. 

 

8.10.1 

Checking the activation of the battery modules 

If you do not perform initial commissioning directly after 

the installation of the battery modules, the battery 

modules have to be activated again. See Chapter 8.9.4 

Installing and connecting battery modules.

 

8.10.2 

Switching on 

The VARTA element energy storage system is switched on as 

follows: 

 

Make sure that the network cable is connected. 

 

Connect the fuse at the building grid. 

 

Activate storage system using 

On/Off

 button. The button 

will be locked in the lower position.
